Save The NORA - GravTech Games Crowdfunding

NORA is a sci-fi psychological thriller game featuring Captain Abigael Blake and her ragtag crew of smugglers on their way to complete the most important mission of their lives: travel deep into enemy space to retrieve a mysterious alien envoy.

Along the way, Abigael must overcome old enemies, a contentious crew, and the threats of madness and mutiny in order to make it back alive. If players want to succeed, they must solve puzzles, explore the ship, and navigate the tempestuous relationships of the NORA’s crew. As captain, it’s up to the player to keep everything from falling apart. In the NORA’s current state, that’s easier said than done.

Keebles Review

Welcome to the world of Keebles; a fun and addictive physics-based puzzle game, Keebles you say? Yes, Keebles; these small but cute creatures need your help, and something to do with a whale! Need I say more?

The idea of the game is to create a vehicle that will carry your 'Bobble' around the level, upon touching a Keeble it will jump aboard your vehicle, taking them to safety at the end of each level and in return you'll earn a Star rating out of 5. This rating will depend on how many Keebles you rescue, time taken to do so and parts used to build the vehicle.

Now onto the workshop where you begin to create your master plan to save all the Keebles, well at least try (thinking caps required). Design, alter, improve the 3 simple steps into saving them all. The workshop itself is very straight forward, within 10 minutes and a few clicks, you'll be creating a whole bunch of creative vehicles to help save the Keebles. Now as the game is physics based, a lot of trial and error is needed but thankfully the game has zero loads times so switching between the levels, restarting or heading back to the Workshop is only a button press.

The game displays clean and nice looking graphics with a soundtrack that will keep you calm despite the occasional frustration, but thats the whole enjoyment of Keebles. You'll look forward to seeing your vehicle move through the levels or fly in my case. Picking up new tools like parachutes, faster wheels and rockets as you progress, a new challenge is always ahead. It's just down to your imagination to create the perfect vehicle to do the job.

So much fun is to be had with Keebles, you've just got to create it and let the good times roll.

Hektor OUT NOW an psychological horror game haunts steam

RubyCone releases Hektor an psychological horror game on steam, but this isn't no standard indie horror game. The game promises a literally moving world that will twist and turn with your every move. Ever seen the film Grave Encounters? if you have, you'll understand that this statement stands true. After playing the game for roughly an hour I came out of Hektor thinking to my self, what actually just happened, confused and entreaged but I can't wait to return to the research facility and continue my unknown adventure with Hektor. Tom + Mat Attack 088 – 50 Shades of Ghibli

Only a week late, it’s a new episode of TMACAST! On this week’s episode, Mat apologies profusely for screwing up last weeks recording, talks a little about Gameboy games as per usual, then debates the ‘Too Many Games’ conundrum. Tom on the other hand has been playing some classic Q*Bert and a little bit of Tomb Raider Anniversary. Other topics include Resident Evil, Megalit and a little bit of the movies Jupiter Acceding and  Song of the Sea, as well as the occasional hiccup from Tom. Fortunately, the hiccups aren’t technical ones! AMMIRGHT?!
